PRENATAL YOGA
the practice of yoga during this important time in a woman's life promote optimum health of the body, mind and spirit. the practice can help support you mentally, emotionally and physically.
prenatal classes will focus on breathing exercises, meditations, opening the hips, restorative poses, core/leg strength relaxation.
POSTNATAL YOGA
postnatal yoga is unique as each pregnancy. every woman is different, every pregnancy is different, and thus every postnatal recovery will be different. Yoga helps us to acknowledge flexibility, both physically and metaphorically. we learn to be more flexible on the mat physically, and also, we adapt to our new lives.
Mom and baby
Practicing yoga with your new love also invites the baby to become more familiar with their body and movements.
The practice invites the mother to find strength and healing while also enjoying this time with her baby.
